Wholesale Overview

    You'll find specific questions and answers below, however, for a summary:

    • Min. $150 order
    • Min. 3 units per Doodle Deck Style
    • New orders ship on Mondays & Fridays

    How it Works

    1. Set up your Wholesale Account: Select Wholesale Signup in the top navigation. Fill in your shop or company information.
    2. Provide Resellers Permit ID as proof of eligibility for reselling and tax exemption. For international partners, please include your customs information (such as EORI or similar).
    3. Your Approval is Automatic upon sign up and you can begin shopping right away. 
    4. Shop for your Doodle Decks using the Catalog (for traditional shopping) or the Quick Order Form (for speedy ordering).
    5. Place your First Order: As long as your cart meets the minimum requirements listed above, you'll be able to place your wholesale order.

      Wholesale FAQs

      Who is allowed to order wholesale?

      Wholesale partnerships are focused on Local Yarn Stores and other fiber-based merchants, such as independant yarn dyers.

      You are not required to have a brick & mortar storefront in order to stock Pacific Knit Co. products. If you run events such as knitting retreats and want to order multiple decks, you are still allowed to create and use a wholesale account (minimum order rules do still apply).

      All our stockists are allowed to sell Pacific Knit Co. products at their storefront, at markets, and online through their business website.

      Which products are available for wholesale?

      Currently, available products for wholesale include:

      • Doodle Card Decks (min. 3 per title per order)
      • Doodle Base Pattern Brochures (sold as sets of 10)
      • Marketing Materials (various)

      We are always working on additional product offerings to bring to the wholesale market. If there is another product you're looking for, please feel free to contact us at wholesale@pacificknitco.com.

      How do I purchase Doodle Books at wholesale?

      The process for getting the Doodle Knit Directory Book as a wholesale customer is slightly different than the process for our other products. The book was published through a publishing house, so they manage wholesale ordering and distribution themselves.

      Is there a minimum order requirement?

      The minimum order amount for each order is USD $150. If your cart does not reach that threshold, you will not be able to complete your purchase.

      Is there a Minimum Unit Quantity for Decks?

      The minimum unit quantity is 3 Decks per title per order. If your cart does not reach that threshold, you will not be able to complete your purchase.

      What is the standard shipping?

      Standard shipping on wholesale orders varies based on carrier calculations for weight and shipping location.

      If you need your order rushed, please contact me and we can work out additional options for shipping.

      What is the delivery timeline?

      When products are in stock, we ship wholesale orders within 5 business days. New orders usually are processed on Mondays and Fridays (with variations for public holidays).

      If you're ordering an item that is currently out of stock, it may take up to 4-6 weeks for that product to arrive. You will have visibility to in stock and pre-order items on orders.

      Can I pre-order new release Decks?

      As inventory and delivery timelines allow, we do offer pre-order sales on select new releases.

      Do you do custom Doodle Deck collaborations with shops?

      At this time, due to our designer's bandwidth and the lead time required to design, print, and ship custom Doodle Decks, these are offered on an extremely limited basis.

      Yes, we offer options for purchasing Doodle-branded marketing materials that you can use as part of your set-up and display in shop.
