Shipping Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
All packages will be sent via USPS or UPS, Rates are calculated at checkout and set by the carriers based on product weight and shipping location.

I offer shipping for both Domestic Shipping within the US, as well as International Shipping to selection locations. Please note that customers will be responsible for any local customs/fees associated with your package, as these are not included with the cost of shipping.
If you have a PREFERRED method of shipping, please add a note at checkout.
We processes all new orders 2 times per week, on Mondays and Fridays, so packages will typically ship within 3-5 business days of when you place your order. The cost of shipping is non-refundable after the order has left our warehouse.
If you require expedited shipping for a yarn crawl, festival, etc. please email wholesale@pacificknitco.com to request prioritized shipping for your order. Any additional expedited costs for shipping will be applied to the order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are available for unopened, unused items in new condition, if returned within 30 days of receiving the package.

LOST PACKAGES
Packages are considered lost by the USPS after at least 20 days after initial shipment. All packages are sent with insurance as standard, and we will help you submit a claim for lost package after the initial time period has elapsed.

DESIGN ITERATIONS & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Please note that the Doodle Card Decks are a signature product that will undergo iterations due to ongoing product development based on customer feedback. All orders placed are for a product are considered as-is at the time of order. At this time, I cannot take back or exchange products based on standard product enhancements, such as new graphics, packaging, etc.. Thank you for understanding.
